YT 3000 Club Member | have you tried benadyrl on him to see if that helps, if it does help it is not food related, you probably already know this. I give chester salmon oil on his wet food daily, and the temaril p when he really needs it, antihistamine and prednisone. I dont use any cleaners, plugs in or anything in the carpet. Chester has enviromential allergies and has sensitive skin. I also dont use dryer sheets and use no perfumes and dyes in my laundry soap as he sleeps with me. They tend to be a itchy breed, good luck |

| Flax seed I've read all these posts about seasonal and food allergies but no one has mentioned FLAX SEED. Flax seed is being used a lot now as an Omega 3 fatty acid supplement in a lot of dog foods and treats. FLAX SEED can cause serious skin condition allergy related. My Gidget is highly allergic to FLAX seed. I did a lot of research and found out that a lot of pure bred dogs have this allergy. Not something normally looked at or recognized. Hope this helps. |
