| I meant to ask.....is he neutered? I had a foster who was older and not neutered who also had an adenoma in his anal glands. The vet told me that the adenomas can occur from the hormones in unaltered animals as they age. He was neutered and it did help to shrink the growth and surgery was not needed.

| Yes, he is neutered. We just never experienced anything like this. We'll see how he takes to the collar. I'm thinking he is not going to like it very much. |
