Is it really asking too much of you to just update after you get everybody all concerned?

| I'm thinking if you have time to keep coming back to argue you had time to post an update but whatever. There will always be people who hate this board and there will always be people who love it. I will never understand why the ones who hate it keep coming back unless there confused and they really do love it who knows. I also will never get why there are people who hate the board so much and stay behind the scenes and pm people every time they see an argument start. Maybe they do or maybe they don't and it used by people to say they have back up I donno. At the end of they day most of the people on this board care about the dogs and just want to know if the dog is ok because they do worry about it. Many nights I have sat up crying and praying hoping dogs posted about here lived and are ok and it's not because I don't have a life but because I care about those even the ones I don't know. When left to worry for a long time in my opinion that is as mean as calling names or being nasty.

| To the OP; you do not have a lock on busy, many of the people that took the time to try to offer you advice are busy as well. Polite people make the time to say thank you to those that tried to help in a timely manner, rude people don't and when called on the carpet they get defensive and confrontational, you can take a guess on what describes you best. I have a very good memory and if I see you asking for help again, I will be sure to link this thread to your new thread so the busy people that might make time to help you are forewarned. I hope your pup does not wind up finding himself forgotten once you are busy with your new baby.

| http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sic...sick-pets.html There is such a thing as common etiquette. I have received much helpful information on this forum and am a very busy person and, even when dealing with life threatening issues of mine and my pups, I can take a few minutes out to update people. As someone said, you don't have a lock on a busy life. People come here and offer help to people....they don't HAVE to do that. All anyone asks is a response...that is NOT that hard to do.

You asked for help, was told see a vet, then you vanish, day after day after day, members come on asking for up-date PLEASE, get no response, yes, one now has to think it was it a hoax, a prank. Instead of apologizing saying you were busy preparing for new arrival, you came on calling concerned members weirdos, suggesting they have no life. Sad that you have no regard for ppl that care about someone else's dog. This is the BEST forum for help, unfortunately in both of your threads all that could be offered was to see your vet. Sorry you could not get FREE diagnosis, instead you received much concern for YOUR pup. What really baffles me is the time you now have to keep coming back to stir up the pot. [/QUOTE]::This should be a site people want to come on. It is, and ppl do, and appreciate the help they are offered, even if it is just a "take the dog to your vet". Have a blessed day.

| Your puppy is less than a year old and has had 3 emergencies, either he's very unhealthy or you're doing something wrong. Either way you're going to need YT again, I don't understand why you're choosing to burn the bridge with the forum and many of the most knowledgable members. |

| I would also like to add that yes this is a forum and yes you have to be on the net to get here but on this site are the most knowledgeable Yorkie owners and breeders in the world. Way too much knowledge here for any Yorkie owner to take a chance on being banned. Like the OP said any search she does brings her here. This site has allowed me to make new friends, look at yorkie pictures, congratulate new yorkie owners, show off by baby, learn about food choices and diseases, how to find a healthy pup..I could go on and on. I have prayed, I have cried and I have followed up on threads just to see how a pup is doing..just like yours OP many, many times. I have a life and a very good one I might add but these people are my yorkie family and I have received much support from them in the past 2 years. I am not weird, yorkie crazy maybe. I can tell you that if any of us were to post like you have in the past about your sick pup and not give an update we would have hell to pay too! And if any of us make poor decisions you can bet that we will hear about that too no matter how long we have been here. Not to mention if we give bad advise!! It is all about the love of these pups. If you would only take the time to read some of the other threads you will see how helpful and compassionate members are here. I can honestly tell you I wish I had found this site many years ago. In an emergency situation one should always take their pup to a vet. We could all have learned from your experience had you done that. Your life will be way busier when you have your baby and there are members here that have experienced that too... How to deal with a baby and a yorkie. Life can just throw curveballs sometimes and you can bet that someone here has been there and done that and can shed some light for someone else. It's up to us to take the advise or not. For the people that spend far more time on this site and have way more to offer than I..well they are number 1 in my book. They have my Yorkies back! For the members that work this site like a job and never get paid I commend them! They come here to offer advise for the sick and injured, help with anything and everything and even console people that have lost their beloved pet. They do all of this for free. My advise..calm down and let it go. Think about whether you really want to be a member here or not. You will be remembered so just think about it. Yes you got very defensive but I also see both sides to the story. Apologies are in order. Enough...I will just say that we are real people that really care and you will never find another community of people that will be there when you need them. Yes sick babies do drive us crazy!! An update would have been appreciated more than you know.
