Just left Mylee at the Vet-Possible obstruction
 
Last night she vomited and it was different than anything she had ever vomited before, like soft poop, so I was immediately alarmed. Today she vomited up her breakfast and lunch and again after that so I took her in. Xray shows a possible obstruction behind her stomach so they are doing a barium test and another xray.

Oh, no, Shelly. I'm praying they can reach the obstruction with the scope if that's what it really is! Praying for Mylee and your strength and peace of mind. She's in good hands. Hang in there.

Thank you all! They did the barium and while things are moving, they are not like they should be, what ever that means. They are giving her anti nausea and some Pepcid and keeping her overnight, with possibly more X-rays in the morning. I feel in my heart that what ever is going on I caught early and can't stress enough the importance of never waiting when things are off. She's my little trouble maker, living up to her nick name, but my house sure is quiet without her.

Thank you for the update. Prayers continue and hoping the possible obstruction will pass normally w/out any procedure/surgery. Stay positive and try your best not to worry - she's being watched over.

Just got a call from my vet. Mylee is keeping her food down and having a normal stool, but there is still something questionable on her morning xray. So they are going to do another xray around noon. Now I am starting to get nervous.

Praying no surgery is necessary and thinking of you. I know this must be so hard for you worrying what she's going through and what lies ahead but her vet has no doubt been treated many dogs with this problem as some tend to eat everything they can. Keep us updated as you hear when you can.

Ok, I'm nervous with you.... waiting for results/diagnosis is such a stressful time. I'm praying that whatever it is, it can easily be resolved.

They are preparing her for surgery. :( She vomited again, brown liquid, and there is a spot behind her stomach that\'s holding on to barium. Vet feels it\'s time to go in and see what it is. My poor baby.
