Yorkie Yakker | Mono Still not feeling well this morning I am working on money to get him to a vet now. He hasn't much interest in eating or drinking but will do both when I feed him. Yesterday afternoon, he ate his favorite treat and the food from his bowl last night on his own, so I was happy about that. His eyes are alert , he'll follow me when I move. When I let them all out he trots along as usual. Even some barking last night. No coughing. His eyes are watery, and his little nose runny, some congestion after eating and while sleeping but I hear nothing when he is awake. He's napping on and off with blank stares in between and stretches in his sleep. I have noticed he has not had a bowel movement in a few days but no unusual bloating or tummy noises. Yesterday we was warm but not today. He just seems tired, I sure wish he could tell me what's wrong Last edited by lgoody36; 01-26-2014 at 09:12 AM. |

| I am sorry to hear that he is still not feeling well. Praying you can get him to the vet ASAP. How many days since his last bowl movement? If he is not eating or exercising much, it would not be unusual to go 2 - 3 days without one, but I would be concerned. Might also be a sign of dehydration. Make sure he is hydrated. These little guys can go down fast.

Yorkie Yakker | thank you, he's hydrated, he drinks plenty of water when I lead him to it. I gave him some pumpkin this morning and he did poo just a little while ago, he played for a little while but now laying down again and staring at my cookies. He's sounding congested but I just gave him Benadryl, for now he seems OK...evenings and morning seem to be his worse, he does best during the day... |

Yorkie Yakker | MOJO still not feeling well OK, Day 2 on antibiotics and Famotidine chicken and rice and still no change. Negative for Parvo and pancreatitis. He seems depressed and tired but doesn't sleep well, easily awaken. Will eat and drink when I initiate but not as much as he normally would, constantly licks himself, hope he wasn't bitten by anything. Called the vet , hopefully she'll see him tomorrow..... |
