I am sorry to hear that he is still not feeling well. Praying you can get him to the vet ASAP.
How many days since his last bowl movement? If he is not eating or exercising much, it would not be unusual to go 2 - 3 days without one, but I would be concerned. Might also be a sign of dehydration.
Make sure he is hydrated. These little guys can go down fast.
