| skin infection? When i was grooming my dog today, i found these on her chest. Does anyone experience this before or know what this is ? |

| Very well could be an infection. I suggest you have your vet check it out.

| This looks similar to what my Lizzie would get when laying in the grass. It was bacterial skin infection. She had to be on antibiotics to get rid it. I would say a Vet visit to have her checked out.

2+2=4 X the Love ♥ Donating Member | I looks more like a reaction to fleas. Mine rarely get an infestation of fleas but we do get a few here and there but that looks like what my babies do to themselves when they have fleas. They tend to do a lot of digging and biting that opens the skin and than scabs. They also cause red irritation and swelling. It only takes one of them little burgers to just drive them nuts.

| Mini gets this too often and worse, there is a big techy word for it but its a skin infection, antibiotics are definitely needed, they may also prescribe steroids. Good Luck and let us know how it works out.
