I have tears of joy right now!!!!!! Cassie is so strong!!!!! Keep fighting Cassie girl, we love you! |
Wow! What a freaky day! I just can't believe that the compounding pharmacy could make such a mistake. That is the scariest part of the day for me. What a long road you have been down and the end is in sight. Keep positive. |
Oh Shellie, you poor thing! You have really been thru too much lately! Try to relax, take a nice long bath, and remember we got your back! ;) |
you and cassie sure have been through the wringer// praying for a uneventful recovery// so glad that she is at home with you// she is truly a miracle |
You sure had a day of it! I am so glad Cassie is home with you and praying for her complete recovery. |
Still praying for a complete recovery. May every day be one step forward, and hopefully things will smooth out all the way around. |
So glad you have your precious Cassie in your arms!! You certainly have your hands full. You sound like a very strong person. I'm still praying for you and Cassie and your Dad too. |
Oh geezz what a day you had! I am SO glad that Cassie is home and doing better! I will pray for her quick recovery still over the next few days. Best of luck to you as you take care of her, I know you won't let your fear overcast her needs right now. But a little encouragement from your YT friends never hurt! :) Take care! |
Awe...Shellie, I'm so sorry all of you have had such a rough day. I'm praying everything has settled down now and that you're enjoying a pleasant evening with Cassie. It's so nice to see your precious girl is home with her mommy, I'm sure that has to be a huge relief! Continued prayers of healing are being sent your way. ;) |
Continuing to pray for sweet Cassie and for you. SO happy she is finally back home with you. Sometimes the best medicine is the love from those around us. I will be looking for an update tomorrow. Here's to hoping you both sleep so good tonight. :) |
Count me in the Cassie Fan Club!!! Over joyed to hear she is now home and she seems to be holding her own. One day at a time until she is finally fully recovered. But what a day you've had, omg...I agree the wrong directions, the horrific accident, even your dear dad's fall is bad enough. But the mistake at the pharmacy is inexcusable, I can't even wrap my brain around this. So thankful you knew enough to know how very wrong her script was. It terrifies me to think, after all she's been through, that this could very well have killed her. May you now be blessed with a happy, healthy baby...you deserve this. |
Way to go Cassie! Shellie, what a day! You must be exhausted. |
Cassie is sitting by me in her little pink stroller after having a pretty good night of rest in my arms and in her stroller. For a while there I was worried because I couldn't get her to eat for me, but last night about midnight she got hungry and ate a little, and today, she had 3/4 of an ounce of food, which is 75% of what she normally eats, so I am thrilled that she ate so well for me tis morning. Today we are off to our holistic Vet and a recheck at the ER. Her breathing has been very calm and quiet lately, almost no hiccups, and just a few squeaks here and there. Of course she won't let me out of her site, and is a very hard task master, and quite bossy (LOL). Whenever I take her back for a recheck, the girls keep her a long time back there, and I was wondering what takes so long, then I found out they are all giving her loving-they as adore her and she knows them quite well. So off to the Vets soon, after her meds. I'll keep you updated on her progress. Much love, Shellie, Cassie (my miracle girl), and Muffin |
YAY she's home. What a miracle. And yes she has angels. You are the biggest one Shellie. :angelyork:angelyork |
So glad to hear all this news!! This has brightened my day. Congrats Cassie on going home :) |
