| Teeth removal Hi guys My little baby had 3 teeth removed 3 days ago. The vet said to keep her on wet food for at least a week and not to brush her teeth till she goes back and the dry kibble. I'm so scared of her getting tooth decay again though. She has bounced right back and is her usual playful self so I was wondering what everyone else's experience in this was? How long did you feed your little one wet food for? And how long did you wait to brush their teeth? Thanks Gina and Tilly Xx |

| Well haven't had any recent experience, but mine had some baby teeth removed and was on soft food for a while because her gums were somewhat tended. She did go back on the regular kibbles with no problems. I would go with whatever my vet recommended. Maybe other here have had more recent experience with this and can post on that! Hope everything goes well - they do seem to heal quickly !

| Mia had her baby canines pulled this week on Wednesday. I gave her wet food for 3 days and she looooved it. When I gave her dry food she looked at me like I was nuts...she wanted the wet stuff! But she ate the dry food no problem. The first 2 days whenever she would lay down she'd whimper for a second, maybe because her mouth hurt. But now she's back to normal :-) I have not brushed her teeth yet. I'll probably give that a week. They bunch back pretty quickly!
