| ![]() Overall good news. The vet was very impressed by her improvement. The ringworm was almost completely gone, with just a few minor specs on her, the lesions were pretty much all gone. She wants her to go two more weeks on the meds just to be sure it's knocked out. FYI, with respect to the cleaning, we did clean around the house more than normal, but not to the extreme that some suggest. It's just not realistic, at least for us. |

| ![]() Ugh. I think my toby has ringworms too. Hes been constantly itching and licking around his groin area and neck. I thought at first it wss just allergies or fleas but after seeing this thread, and after googling images, i srsly think its ringworms. I feel like a bad yorkie mom. Going to bring toby to the vet tom and going to start washing and vaccuuming tomorrow. ( its tobys birthday today too. Poor boy.)

It is contagious, so be mindful of who is around toby (we had 3 people get it from her), but it is treatable. We were back at the vet yesterday and pretty much got the all clear, after about 4 weeks of meds. Just be patient, you will get through it. | |

| ![]() Well we took the pups for their 9th lime sulfur dip. We thought this would be the last since it looked like all their lesions cleared up. The vet wanted to shave them again which they did. This revealed all their old spots. ![]() |
