Overall good news. The vet was very impressed by her improvement. The ringworm was almost completely gone, with just a few minor specs on her, the lesions were pretty much all gone. She wants her to go two more weeks on the meds just to be sure it's knocked out.
FYI, with respect to the cleaning, we did clean around the house more than normal, but not to the extreme that some suggest. It's just not realistic, at least for us.
