| The surgery went well and Max is home! He's absolutely miserable in his cone of shame but will only have to wear it today. Poor thing is drooling and wheezing. It's just breaking my heart but Cooper and I are so glad he's home. The vet said his eye will get worse before it gets better. Then the pink spot should go away within 2 months. I have a follow up appointment in a month. Thank you so much for the prayers. So appreciated. max surgery.jpg

| Aw poor baby boy. I know that you are feeling everything he is going through. The vet told us that Teddy Bear's booboo (spider bite) would get much worse before it got better too but it didn't. I am praying that Max will be better instead of worse too. Hugs to you and little man Max.

| Karen just seeing this. I'm glad the procedure is over and will pray that this is going to take care of the problem for poor Max. He has been through a lot and is such a cute little boy. Good thing he has such a wonderful mom but sorry you have gone through so much stress. They sure can scare you to death! |

I just took him for a walk to at least get him out of bed. He seemed to enjoy that and then he barked at a car out the window. I think tomorrow he may start feeling better. The vet gave me pain meds to use only if I think Max is in pain. It's hard to tell. I think he's ok.

| You are all amazing. I hope he recovers well from the surgery. It looks like he will. He's not in the least bothered by his eye. I just pray that the mass goes away in the next few weeks.

| Glad Max made it through and is home again. Hopefully, he can rest tonight and feel better tomorrow. Hoping for good test results if the vet is sending anything out to the lab.
