| Scary diagnosis but dogs get through it, especially when gotten in to see the vet early on before they are so dehydrated and weak. Praying for sweet Lola tonight and hoping tomorrow she is stronger and better.

| Day 3 at the hospital but the doctors have been updating us 3 times a day on Lola's status which I'm very happy about. I know she's in great hands! She's been eating a little bit which is a good sign, we stopped in to visit her yesterday and she was alert and obviously wanted to go home. Stomach sounded like it was still uneasy but that's mostly due to the re-intro to solid foods. They are leaning towards 2 things, bleeding ulcer or HGE, blood test came back and her blood is taking a while to clot so they put her on vitamin K to assist. My daughter 10 has been crying non stop and wants her Lola home. Hopefully if the doctor feels she is re-hydrated and not getting sick anymore she may be able to come home tonight. Fingers crossed & thanks to everyone for keeping her in their prayers!! |

| Prayers going oyt for Lola, that will be feeling better soon and be home in no time. I have been thru HGE with one of mine twice. We caught it very early before it got real bad.

| Well Miss Lola came home yesterday, she's down 2 pounds but should come back once she starts eating more. She's on few different meds and vitamin K to help her blood to clot faster. She came home and has been sleeping & "knock on wood" she hasn't gotten sick at all. She's bouncing back slowly, I will continue to update. Just wanted to say thanks again for the prayers they helped for this little girl. Craig |

| Wonderful news and answers to prayers. Glad Miss Lola is on the mind. A lot of dogs never make it through this as their owners don't take them in for days after the blood appears! So glad this little one is alive tonight thanks to a good owner and a good vet!
