Well, having a new puppy you'll have a list of things that dictate when to vet that the vet sent home with you and on all of them is a number of how many vomiting or/or diarrhea bouts a pup can have before vetting is critical so you can get her in if she meets that criteria for a puppy and if she doesn't, hopefully she won't, then her GI tract has likely dealt or is dealing better with her food change and will be calming down tonight. I figure I gave her pumpkin and the ID wet food and I will see what she does in the morning and then go from there... She is eating and drinking fine.

Coccidia won't should up in a regular fecal, only in a direct smear under a microscope. Giardia sheds anywhere from every 2-4 days, so it could have been missed. She may have picked up something at the vet's office, or just the stress of moving to a new home can cause a problem.

Switching a puppy to a new food needs to be done very slowly. When I brought my baby home,I didnt change anything until she had been in our house and settled,about 2 weeks. Then I started with giving a piece here and there as a treat,then 1/4 new to 3/4 old,1/2 & 1/2 and so on. There was a week between each change. It is time consuming but it worked.

Jacksonville is big enough, you must have a Chinese delivery joint...just order a pint of steamed white rice with a meal, then you don't have to leave the house!
I know at work when we have human patients with diarrhea from tube feedings, we give them banana flakes. I don't know why, but it works. They look like the old boxed mashed potato flakes. If bananas are safe, and I havent heard they aren't, and if the vet says it is ok, you might sprinkle a tiny spoonful on the food. (Sorry, all my medical knowledge is human, but a lot of it seems to cross over)

oh no... I hate to say it but I would have her checked by the vet again. It could be something simple like the food change etc but knowing you ..you don't want to take that chance.
