I'm not sure if it was low blood sugar or not. I suppose it could have been since they didn't do bloodwork..

Well, I'm still giving her the cerenia but I might stop after today. She hasn't appeared to be sick at all anymore..no throwing up and her poop is normal again. I am still debating the antibiotic drops. I am still giving them to her and I have this "thing" about always finishing antibiotics...however, not sure if it is even bacterial so might be doing more harm than good. I'm torn.

I'm starting to think she just had a bug. Probably will never know..

Thank you for update. The great news is that she seems well again. You must be so relieved. Perhaps you could reduce the Cerenia dose and see if she is still ok? Although I hate giving antibiotics, you are right to think you should finish the course. At least you will know any bugs are gone. It is frustrating not to know what the reason was, but like humans, we get tum upsets now and again.
