Thank you for update. The great news is that she seems well again. You must be so relieved. Perhaps you could reduce the Cerenia dose and see if she is still ok? Although I hate giving antibiotics, you are right to think you should finish the course. At least you will know any bugs are gone. It is frustrating not to know what the reason was, but like humans, we get tum upsets now and again.
