God bless you, Tracy. When I saw your post I couldn't help crying. You are so thoughtful to take the time to care about a little dog you don't know when you have such a mountain before you. But the prayers from YT and all your church and city and everyone that knows Samuel will carve that old mountain right down to a little hill in no time. Hold that young little man of yours with the strong child's faith tight and kiss him for me. Stay strong, sweet one.

I'm so late in getting to do this he is feeling better now and those prayers helped so. We all know medicine doesn't always work or the vet is just not sure what is going on - that prayer always hits the right place! It is hard not to panic when they act so oddly and have some sort of never-before-experienced episode and you know something is very wrong! Thanks for understanding as you seem to always do!

I have to agree as well that I can handle people emergencies much better than Buster emergencies.
Hey, that is very good to know about what to try on the Reverse Sneezing. I do talk calmly to Tibbe during RS but something mechanical will help also!!!! One of the reasons I can't live w/out YT - things like that to know to do. Oh ho, another one who loses it when a 4-legged kid gets in trouble. Thanks - makes me feel a little less weird.

So sorry to be so tardy checking in and such but with him being so restless and excitable and wanting to stay on my lap, it was hard to post often and then after my sternum started acting up, it hurt to lift even this laptop up onto the arm of the couch. Felt those hugs big time!

HUGE worrier's, Nervous Nellie prayers appreciated more than you can know. Yes! When Tibbe is very sick, I'm no good for anything but driving to the vet and praying nonstop! Thanks for understanding, Mary.

But thanks thanks thanks for caring. Seeing a post from 107barney tells me all is going to be right with the world.

Thank you, sweeting. I just did give me a couple or three big hugs from those country girls of yours and sure do want to thank you for praying for my little guy. I know he felt those prayers here in Texas from you.

Your prayers worked! My little boy is now feeling better, stopped Reverse Sneezing, "acking" and he's eating! Isn't that wonderful? I'm so happy to see him back acting almost himself - only a bit of fire missing. Good to meet another over reactor! Helps me feel I'm part of a club!

Sandy, thanks more than you know for praying and caring and understanding. I can tell you know exactly what I felt like - you go through every bit of it, too, huh? I wish I could turn that part of me off that freaks when he gets sick but as you well know, there isn't a switch anywhere. But we got YT to get us through!

So glad Tibbe is feeling better. I know how scary it is when our babies are not feeling well.

Thanks, thanks, thanks for those prayers and having Oscar and his momma on our side helps in every way. Don't think I have forgotten my evening with Oscar's Calendar debut - no way! It's on every day of my Appt. Book all this week to remind me but saving the experience, like some of my Christmas TV favs I've taped, for when I'm relaxed and happy and Tibbe & I are tiptop! I have waited too long for that Calendar not to be in good shape and have a great snack at hand while I view that video! ♥♥♥

Oh, I'll never forget you wanting an enlargement of his picture. That blessed my socks off with pride!!!! And I know what your times have been like lately, girl, so don't think I appreciate your kind caring and sweet thoughts. I can tell it scares you when Mini does this, too and no, they don't do it at the vets - ever! Good idea to video it!!! I am sorry to be so tardy posting a response but I felt those hugs you sent.

Thank you, Susan. Those dentals are max stress even though I think each time "you've been here before and you know that baby is in excellent hands" and all that pabulum I tell myself and still by the time I get home from leaving my baby, I'm shaking. How very sweet and kind of you to pray for Tibbe. Bless you for that.

How sweet and kind of you to ask about both of us. He's doing just really good now and I did sleep pretty well, probably just so tired of worrying it wore me out. haha. Thank you so much for the thought. YT people are tops!!!

Oh, Donna, thank you for the hugs and I thank you for the thought. I think he's in the 90th percentile of "old self" stats and I can't wait to report he's at 110%!!! You're a sweetheart.

Thank you, Ann. We appreciate it and thank you taking your time to send us the thoughts and love which we have felt. I'm going for a CT tomorrow and I think Tibbe will likely nap peacefully through that time now that he's doing so much better. Bless you.

Yet another one who goes a little nuts. I'm sorry to say, it is a comfort to have so many of us in the club, but it is comforting to know I'm not alone in being so scary. You do feel helpless since they can't talk! I so appreciate and feel so blessed to have your prayers. Tibbe is blessed to have you thinking and praying for him.

I'm so sorry to hear your joints hurt, I can't imagine what that pain must feel like! I'm especially worried to hear that you're experiencing chest pains!
Please try and take it easy at least until you have the CT done to make sure there's nothing serious going on.
I hope you and Tibbe begin to feel better soon. I'll continue to keep the two of you in my prayers.
Oh, Carla, your words are humbling to me - that you, after your horrible last weeks, have taken the time to read about a dog and care so much that you prayed. Bless your sweet heart. I can't tell you how worried I have been for you and how I've prayed day and night and wee hours and here you are asking after and expressing thoughts and concerns for my sternum and Tibbe and such! You are one in a million, dear one. I thank you more than I can say for being there, for praying, after your awful time. What meaning those thoughts from you take on! God bless you. You are still in my daily prayers morning and night. ♥♥♥

Oh, he is better. I know you'll be worried for Momo but honestly, most of those procedures don't really cause the problems Tibbe and Momo have so each time there's reason to hope it won't happen again. I'll sure be praying for little Momo - and you - and thank you for asking after Tibbe.

Boy I wish we had a better way to go. And it is good to know there is another nervous Nellie out there going nuts when their baby is sick!!! I feel like running in circles when he's sick. GTK some others do the same - I don't feel like such an oddball!
I fully understand -- after Max had his surgery and he was making such weird sounds, I was scared and listened to videos of dogs with collapsed trachea and reverse sneezing. Hearing from other people that Max's throat sounds were normal made me feel much better.

I forgot to mention that the time we took Max to the ER because I thought he was choking, the doctors determined that he had a sore throat. Throat things can sound really scary.

I am happy to read that Tibbe is doing much better.

Thank you for sharing. The more I hear of others with babies having things like this the less scary it is somehow. Tibbe was very quiet yesterday and today and he had a lot of gassy sounds in his tummy last night. I imagine it is the Clavamox at this point being less than friendly. He did eat a soft breakfast this morning so that is encouraging and his gas seems gone for the time being. I will be glad when he's done with the antibiotic as that always seems to get to his stomach and GI tract. Keeping my fingers crossed he doesn't get all gassy and restless from the gas pain after the dose of Clavamox I just gave him.
