				   | I took Daisy to the vet last night at 5 to get her shots and she was acting fine last night. Well this morning she was acting very weird she wouldnt get out of bed and she just laid there. I picked her up and held her for awhile and took her over to her food but she just climbed back up in bed. Well at lunch when my husband came home she just laid in bed still. She usually will greet you at the door and jump and give kisses and be all excited but she is not doing that today. I called the vet and they said that this is normal but if she is still acting like that tomorrow then to take her back in. They said that since yorkies are so little when they get shots it makes them sore and they dont want to move around bc it hurts them. Does this sound normal to you because I am really worried about my little baby.

				   | All yorkies react differently to their shots. My male is always unaffected. My female is always lethargic and one time had a bad reaction.

				   | My 6 month old, Scout, acted similar after his boosters at 14 weeks that included rabies. He layed around, whimpered, and basically acted pitiful. I was so worried! I called my vet who said to give him 1/2 a baby aspirin (I think they are 80mg, so I gave him 40mg) He was around 2 lbs at the time. The aspirin really worked well and I only had to give it once. It seemed to help him feel alot better. I am in no way trying to give you medical advice for your dog, so you might call your vet to see if it's ok to give before trying this. Good luck, and let us know how it goes!
