Yes she could act this way for 24 to 48 hours. I find they are more depressed/sore achy when the shot is given in the muscle in the rear hip. This is especially true if lepto is included in the vaccine. There are much less reactions when the shot is given under the skin around the front shoulder area. Just try to keep her hydrated and get her to eat a little to prevent low blood sugar drop. This is my experience and opinion!
