I'm sorry to read Summer is sick. I think stress can and does cause pancreatitis. I hope she will soon be better. She must look so pitiful walking around hunched up with her tail tucked!

She does...makes me so sad to see her like that. I am going to give her another dose of Bupranex before bedtime. Hopefully she can rest tonight. Poor little angel.

I wonder if there is a change in the water supply in your area that some dogs might be sensitive to? Once a year or so here, they super-chlorinate the water to clean out the pipes for a few days. Thank God they give us advanced notice in the previous month's bill because I wouldn't want my pups drinking it, it smells worse than my pool water

Just a thought.

Summer ate a little bit this morning, but she is clearly not feeling well. She also had a very restless night.

I am hopeful things might change a bit after another day of fluids...she is at the vet now.
