| Aww that poor little guy Dexter was sick a few months back and went very "floppy" from diarrhea and general illness - that's how I found this forum! The advice I got was priceless. Keep him warm and near you, all he'll want is his mummy I hope he settles soon x |

| We had the exact same occurence with our teacup pup...not a rescue pup though. The breeder had warned us about Hypoglycemia, so we brought Karo Syrup with us EVERYWHERE! I recommend giving it a few times a day, it won't hurt anything...if anything your pup will re gain some energy. We also went through the whole seizure spell, very sad and scary...all you can do is just soothe them. We also found out our pup had a liver shunt, so his situation may be a little different...I would just keep up on the syrup. Good Luck with everything!! |

| Thank you very much. Jasper is doing wonderful now. He's up to 2 pounds 3 ounces and is running around like a maniac. I still keep the nutrical on hand but he's eating both wet and dry food. I'm beyond grateful for everyone's support, advice, and most of all caring for a complete stranger. Jasper is an amazing puppy and ended up being the perfect personality match for us. As long as my son is around he doesn't even notice anyone else. Love it!
