Peeing in Small Puddles

Update on Piper! Took her back to the vet ... No UTI. She has been doing much better. The vet said the fact that she can hold it at night she doesn't have any concern. ..she thinks she is a puppy that just pees a lot. We did do a blood panel to make sure everything is good b4 her spay next month... Vet is calling us Tuesday with results.

Snowbird Piper is the same way... She pees mire when she plays. Glad to hear things worked out for you! Thx for your post!

I would think if it were a bladder infection she couldn’t hold it at night either. My guess is she has a very tiny bladder and hasn’t learned to hold it yet, urine production does slow down at night. Basically, she's not housebroken. I would limit the territory that she’s free to roam and place more pee pads out. When Joey was a puppy, there was always a pee pad close by. He just wouldn’t seek them out to much older.

My baby girl's blood work came back and everything is perfect!! The potty training is going great and she is thriving!!

She will be getting spayed next month and the vet seems to think that will help as well.

Just happy my baby girl is healthy as can be!!
