Poor baby. I am so sorry. Mikki has Grade 4 LP too. We don't have to do surgery yet. At least not at this point so I do understand. I hate it that your poor baby has had to deal with so much pain. We will keep her in prayers and you as well.

Thanks for your prayers everyone! Chloe's out of surgery and everything looks good. She did great. Now let's just pray for a speedy recovery so she can get back to being her happy, playful little self

Thoughts and prayers going out.

My Pixie was 2 when she lost complete use of her back legs, she was diagnosed with severe LP and her kneecaps were twisted and on the insides of her legs. I forget the name of the surgery she has but it involved cutting the bones off her leg then straightening then, pinnin them back in place then pinning her kneecaps back where they were supposed to be, then she had the LP surgery. She did very well, she had both legs done at the same time, then 2 weeks later had to have one redone as the surgery did not work the first time.

Hope Chloe does as well as she did!!

I'm so glad surgery went well, and prayers for a speedy recovery. This sounds like such a painful condition, I'm so glad she was able to have this fixed.
