| Donating YT 4000 Club Member  | Was the ultrasound done by a specialist or your regular vet? Don't give up on Roxy. There are several people on here with dogs in various stages of kidney disease. Her quality of life can be very, very good. Please keep us posted on how she's doing.

| Yorkie Yakker  | She went to an internal specialist. I'm not happy about her diagnosis but I think it will be manageable. I'm actually still worried about her little head seizures. He said that will most likely be a Neuro issue. I just don't have the 2,000 it's gunna cost to get it done yet. Might not for awhile since I'm pretty much paycheck to paycheck. |

| Yorkie Yakker | just a quick follow up...doc put her on hills k/d food, phoenobarbital and some kidney suppliments....well its been a month since he saw her...i brought her in and he was amazed...he said he had to be honest with me, he never expected her to look this good and that i was doing an excellent job with her....we did her blood work up and everything came out perfect...all her levels were drastically reduced and within normal limits...so as of now she's a healthy happy puppy  |
