just a quick follow up...doc put her on hills k/d food, phoenobarbital and some kidney suppliments....well its been a month since he saw her...i brought her in and he was amazed...he said he had to be honest with me, he never expected her to look this good and that i was doing an excellent job with her....we did her blood work up and everything came out perfect...all her levels were drastically reduced and within normal limits...so as of now she's a healthy happy puppy
