HELP My Baby is sick..is any body awake

Just gave Gizmo his antibiotic, did not take him outside today at all as it is almost 100 degrees here. He has been playful and barking at the hubby which is normal so a good sign. I think whatever bug he picked up is all but gone thank god. I fixed him some rice and ground beef for dinner which he devowered so he is eating ok and has not thrown up at all....yay. I also mixed the pediylite with some water but he took a sip and figured out what it was and was having none of that.

This was a huge scare for me because my baby has never really been sick, I mean he has had diarehia and thrown up before but nothing like this where is was hours of it. Not sure if I mentioned that I do have some german shepherd puppies here they are 3 weeks old. I worried that they may have played a part but they are not in my house where Gizmo is and Giz is current on all shots so the vet ruled out any connection to the puppies, as they are in my garage in a cozy carpeted area with the mama.

Any way I would say my baby is now at 95% his old self again but I am still cautious and watching him like a hawk. Don't think I will put him back on the dog food until monday gonna keep woth the eggs, rice and ground beef while he is on this antibiotic.

so glad your little one is ok! i know exactly how you feel! my bella threw up and it looked like poop! i went into panic overdrive! but she seems to be ok now just keeping an eye on her, i know its sooo destressing when you cant see the vet because of the stupid price! im not even insured for bella but im definatly getting it on monday!

just glad everything is ok and he is sooo cute! xxx
