Donating Yorkie Yakker | blood in stool yesterday when I was at work, 3 lb little girl had vomiting foam several times and bloody loose stool. Acted quiet and not herself until hrs later. Was acting normal when I got home-but hasn't had a bm since the diarrhea yesterday...acting normal today too. She's been eating. Any thoughts?? |

| I would be concerned about foamy vomit and bloody stool. You should probably call your vet. |

| That is good news. I would watch the stools closely. I would go ahead and call my vet just in case. When Rosie had blood in her stool she became sick quickly. She ended up having an infection which required antibiotics. So, keep an eye on your little one.

| A bloody stool is nothing to fool with. She needs to be examined. It can be an obstruction, inflammation of the digestive tract, parasites.....Get her to the vet.

| I agree, she should still see the vet even though she seems better. Something caused the bloody stool and it could be a variety of things. First and foremost at the very least I'd have her stool checked for parasites.
