yesterday when I was at work, 3 lb little girl had vomiting foam several times and bloody loose stool. Acted quiet and not herself until hrs later. Was acting normal when I got home-but hasn't had a bm since the diarrhea yesterday...acting normal today too. She's been eating. Any thoughts??
