Prayers are with you....

This thing is not uncommon. Charmer, the boy in my Avatar dislocated his hip doing the same thing.....Now all x-pens have tops on them.....there are those that are climbers and nothing stops them when they've made up their mind to do something.

Just seeing this today. I'm so sorry that Anakin got hurt. Wishing him a speedy recovery.

Update : anakin has been out of it all day, I've been trying to keep him quite so he can rest. He has had one dose of each medication and has tolerated it so far. His sister Bella is not to happy about being with out him but Anakin has been resting and keeps following me around (even more then usual)
I had to go by the store and when I came back he was running around finally putting weight on his rear leg... Which he hadn't been doing before. I am having someone watch him til I can get the collar to stop him from licking his leg. I am so happy he is using his leg and I hope he continues to get that leg stronger.

Precision Pet Soft Side Exercise Pen for Pets at PETCO

Here is a link to the pen, he got his foot stuck at the top between panels. It is so tight where the two panels or together I still don't know how it happened.

My sister took Anakin to the vet today and the vet said it is healing... It will look gross for a while but he doesn't see infection. I was hoping they could stitch but it would be right at the crease of the leg and probably wouldn't help. :/ but so far we are on the right track

We couldnt really tell because his foot was so swollen, now that all the inflammation went away he has one right at the front of his ankle. :/

With such an extreme accident I think you got pretty lucky. Prayers going out for a full recovery for the little one.

On another note, have you reviewed the PETCO product??
