My heart goes out to you. I understand how deep your loss is. If it makes you happy to keep your little's boy's photo on your mobile, you should keep it there for as long as it helps your heart to heal. You are coping not only with the loss of your baby but also the anticipation of the life you expected to have with him. You loved him so, and you tried to do all that you could to help him get better. He will always occupy a soft spot in your heart, filled with lots of love.
