| ![]() I honestly do not see how these vaccines could be the cause of this, but anything is possible. They were given two weeks ago. BUT....my vet never gives vaccines together like that and I hate when I hear that vets are still doing it. ![]() If you ever have a problem with the vet you are seeing, send me a PM and I will tell you about one in BR that a friend of mine uses and is happy with. Hopefully it is not the same one...although...please don't misunderstand, I am not saying your vet is bad. I would definitely request, as yorkieusa suggested, that he not ever give vaccines together like that again. I am happy to hear that she is doing better today! ![]()

If it were the vaccines, I would expect a reaction almost immediately. However, in a compromised puppy, who knows?

| ![]() Back from the vet... They said she looked great! The vet threw out the distemper thought and is chalking it up to low blood sugar. The only thing that bothers her is that Maggie hasn't had a problem with it before. She said to spoil her food wise until she is around 8 months to be safe.... I spoiled her with food so much last night that she went from 3.8lbs yesterday to 4.4lbs today. But don't worry it was her normal food (proplan) and I added rice and canned food that I got from the vet's office. :-) Thanks for everyone's thoughts and prays! |
