| ![]() I really hope it is something 'easy.' Maybe he did land wrong when playing or it's a growth spurt. At least he's not in any pain, that's always a plus! Keeping our fingers crossed for you! ![]()

| ![]() Max had an anti-inflammatory shot yesterday at 10am. Does that usually have an effect immediately? I forgot to ask the vet how long it would take. I'm just wondering if that helped him or not.

| ![]() Thank you. He just woke up. No limping. Gosh I pray it's something minor.

| ![]() I really appreciate that. At this point I can barely feed myself, but he sure eats well!

| ![]() He's still not limping. He's been resting so well today and I've prevented him from any rough housing. I feel so hopeful.

| ![]() Keeping dear Max in my prayers that he's ok. Sounds good that he isn't limping and you having him rest and not rough house so he can give his leg some time to improve. Dyan |

| ![]() Oh, I just saw this thread. Good positive thoughts are going your way. I am so sorry you have been through so much (both you and Max)...Right now, looking at the full thread, it seems he is ok, though, right?

| ![]() To me, right now, he seems ok. He's been sleeping most of the day and when he gets up I'm not seeing him limp. I don't know what caused him to limp all day yesterday and the evening before, but today he seems better (at least right now).

| ![]() The vet just called and I let her know that Max was no longer limping. She believes it was a trauma due to rough playing, falling or something of the like. If it were some kind of nerve damage, it probably wouldn't come and go like it has been. She wants me to give him an anti-inflammatory for 5-7 days. His phenobarbital levels came back and once again they are extremely low. It should be between 15-45 and it is 10.8. This would be why in the past few days his seizures are reoccurring. It's shocking because we just doubled his dosage 2 1/2 weeks ago! However, he was about 2 pounds lighter then. Thanks so much for letting me come here and share.

| ![]() Glad to see Max is no longer limping. Hopefully once they get his Phenobarb levels to the correct range, his seizures will stop. Keeping my fingers crossed! ![]()
