Lindsey...I haven't been on in a week or so, but I am so happy to hear about the progress Layla has been making!! Such great news to hear!! My prayers are still with all of you!! What a special little girl you have there!

Lol.... Layla pooped on my boss today. I think that's okay though. I had to giggle to myself because I have been working so much overtime lately, not by choice! Oh, we can blame it on Layla not controlling her bowels, but I'd like to think there's a little more going on

Yesterday we got to the college to pick up Layla 10 minutes before her session was done, so we got to watch her on the exercise ball and treadmill! It was amazing! So much more than I expected! On the exercise ball, she actually kicks her back legs out as if trying to walk... sometimes it's left-right-left, but every once in awhile she does a few kicks in a row with one leg. The vet showed me how to get her to do that motion and it was so awesome to feel! I got some video of her on the treadmill too... but I took it with my cell phone and it's too big to send to the computer

And I don't have a USB cord for my cell! So tonight we're using Scott's camera and hopefully we can get video of both the ball and the treadmill!

This little girl is going to do amazing things, I know it!

She sure is going to do amazing things! Layla is really showing some wonderful things lately.

We are back! Layla had a great vacation with my parents and they were easily able to express her and do her exercises which really put my mind at ease. She cried the first night but was great the rest of the time! On the other hand, I was a crying mess before we even left the house!

I got some awesome video of her at rehab on Tuesday, and I will upload them to YouTube when I get home tonight

i know this is a little late but my min pin has to be on pills for the rest of his life. i use peanut butter & hold it a little above his mouth so he can't lick everything but his meds.

Thanks for sharing! That's quite the exercise regime she has.

She's so speedy in that cart, and even her back legs seem to get into it. Layla has such a strong spirit!

She's stronger than me, that's for sure, and stronger than any person I know! She has been such an inspiration to us, and hopefully others too!
