Just following up to see how things were going....WOW since 1/23 and still no real DX:eek: I hope you get some info from the Neuro appt.
Good luck to you both...

Try and enjoy yourself at the wedding, maybe if the hotel is close to where the wedding will be, you can keep going back to the room to check on your lil one:p

I'm so stressed out. We just picked Bella up from the neuro and the MRI was all bad news. There seems to be some fluid in her brain and something about the side of her neck. The neuro thinks it could be necrotizing encephalitis or gme. I'm hoping it's inflammatory so we can treat this. It's so stressful. We'll find out forsure tomorrow morning when the spinal tap results come in. :(:(

I'm so sorry the news wasn't better.

Do not be bummed you have a firm diagnosis that can be treated with steroids and my friends dog has gme and her dog is 3- I linked her thread in here. She will talk to you about it on the phone and help you out so first let's see which it is and get you to the right support group for help and support. I knew it was neurological and swelling the steroids will help her and you caught this early which is always the best. Hang in there you will get support for this

here is my friend pam on here and her dog has gme if it is that contact her asap - i scrolled down on this thread to find it as it was one of my first posts so did not want you to have to go looking for it in case this is it you can contact pam asap as she started going through this in august so she can walk you through it
