| Pray for baby Update... Sorry for the delay. Not only did we take in a Yorkie this week who was Hydrocephalic, but we also have a yorkie here with a Grade 5 Heart Murmur. Grade 6 is the worst! He was surrendered with his Yorkie cousin, both 6 years old. They were born 4 days apart. They have spent their whole lives together but due to poor healthy by the owner, they were surrendered. Today they are being adopted by their new Mommy and Daddy. We found a wonderful home who would take them both together so we did not have to split them up. We are thrilled. Update on Baby... Baby is now home with us and is on new medicine to help relieve the fluid on the brain. We thought we noticed a slight improvement until the poor little fellow had a bout with diarrhea. No doubt the meds caused it. Today it is under control... but so far all this little boy does is sleep all day. He stretches his legs every once in a while, but walking is still very difficult and he is extremely skittish and flinches when you get near... more than likely caused by his impaired vision. We go to the neurologist next week to have him assessed by a specialist but it does not look good for this little one. I am attaching more pictures just taken. He has such a sweet little face. Your prayer are requested... please start a prayer chain... send emails to all your yorkie friends... We believe prayers multilplied can do wonders. Kit Florida Yorkie Rescue |

| Baby's Progress Well Baby has made a little more progress today. He actually took a bit of a walk around the kitchen, wagged his tail and gave my husband a face full of kisses. My husband was able to give him a good little face rub which he seemed to enjoy and then he got a little playful and pawed my husband's face. We will continue to see how his progress goes this week, check with the neurolgoist to see what she suggests and them hopefully we can find him a home down the road. Thanks for all the prayers. Keep it up, them appear to be working! Kit Florida Yorkie Rescue |
