| Happy belated News Year, YT! Thank you everyone for the kind words and expressions towards Mocha. He's doing much better now. It was scary when he was sick, I felt so helpless. Unfortunately we made another trip to the ER late Monday night, for the same reason, vomiting, but he had eaten some(dropped)cheerios that were sweetened with splenda that then reacted to the Drontal meds he was given earlier that day that upset his tummy, he's my little vaccuum, LOL! Again, he's doing well. Thanks again for your kind words. Its good thing we have insurance. . . |

| My husband once gave his Yorkie 2 pieces of popcorn chicken. I yelled at him so bad! NEVER EVER give your dog fried chicken! Especially deep friend popcorn chicken. They were 2 very, verysmall pieces. Within 20 minutes Angel was vomiting. He threw up so violently that his stomach muscles did NOT contract back out so they were severely pushed in. I was the one that thought he would be ok.... Within an hour we rushed him to the hospital. The charge was almost $200. The vet said he was weak because he threw up sooo much. Plus his tummy's muscles did not contract back to how they should be. They gave him antivomiting meds and fluids and he was back to normal that same night. My hubby will NEVER dream of giving such a treat to our dogs again! I reminded him once " Remember that $200 pocorn chicken you gave him?" Gen |
