| Dog's tongue cooler than normal, cold ears I'm not sure if I'm over reacting right now, but my dog's tongue seems to be cooler than normal, and her ears and paws are a tad chilly. She's acting normal, playing, eating and drinking. She's 11 months old and doesn't seem to be showing any particular signs of distress.. has anyone else ever had a problem like this? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. -KC ps. I live in OH and it's a cooler night, but still around 65F |

| I used to live there! You are probably over reacting, but it is good to be observant like that so when a real problem occurs, you can make sure it is fixed asap. And dont worry, im like that too lol. |

| I would assume the pup is fine unless you notice his tongue is a blue-ish color? As long as he is acting normal, I wouldn't worry too much. My little guy has had some health issues so I have the vet on speed dial whenever I have a question- Can't hurt! Good luck |

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Lol, do you get that many yorkie kisses that you know the normal temperature of his tongue? I agree with the others as long as she's acting normal, don't worry. Loss of appetite is a huge sign something is wrong, and wanting to be alone, is another sign they are in pain.
