Default Dog's tongue cooler than normal, cold ears

I'm not sure if I'm over reacting right now, but my dog's tongue seems to be cooler than normal, and her ears and paws are a tad chilly.
She's acting normal, playing, eating and drinking.

She's 11 months old and doesn't seem to be showing any particular signs of distress.. has anyone else ever had a problem like this?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

ps. I live in OH and it's a cooler night, but still around 65F
