| ![]() Got the latest news on Autumn. I took her in today for followup kidney, liver and urine tests. EVERYTHING came back normal. I said to the vet, soooooo, then the high BUN was due to dehydration? She said probably. SHe said she did have an intestinal infection and the antibiotics cleared that up. I ALSO told her that overnite Autumns stomach turned grey and the day before it was PINK.....I said then last week, it peeled off and now her stomach is pink again. She said that's because the antibiotics cleared it up. WHEN I physically had Autumn in to see her, the vet told me that was normal and I questioned her because it happened like overnite. Then today I just reminded her of it. I swear the people on this site know more then the paid vets around here. I want to thank EVERYONE who contributed to advice for Autumn, you all helped me get thru this and gave me great encouragement. The conclusion on Autumn is that she does have a food intolerance. I now need to buy her special food for that, but THAT I can deal with. We are really HAPPY tonite. Guess I'll never really know if she does really have an intolerance or if she did JUST have an intestional infection. BUT I'll deal with it as we go along. |

| ![]() it is to create a good digestive tract by having it balanced is what the probiotics do all humans and dogs should be on it -- humans eat yogurt in am for this to get a healthy digestive tract for the day and especially important in ibd and colitis dogs and dogs with allergies to keep good bacteria in the digestive tract to combat bad |
