First, Is he drinking water? This is most important as he needs to stay hydrated, If not get some water and a syringe and force feed him the water about 2-3 Tsp of water every 2 hours or so. Pedialyte would be better if you can get to a store to get some. Second, How much does he weigh? He may need to be fed Nutrical to keep from Going hypoglycemic. If you do not have Nutrical you can use Karo Syrup. Lastly, a Yorkie SHOULD NEVER BE FED PIZZA in my opinion. Their stomachs are VERY SENSITIVE and they can easily get pancreatitis from things like Pizza and that could lead to death. I would think that this sickness is from the Pizza he had, but it could also be another number of things. Only a vet could properly diagnose him. If he is not vomiting I'd say his tummy is upset but I still think he should be seen if the diarreah continues, esp. considering he had eaten the pizza. Is he vomiting? If so Please get to a vet immediately as he may have Pancreatitis or Parvo and both of these conditions can be very serious.

I would takehim to the vet..the last time i seen a dog that wouldn't drink or eat and had diarhea she had parvo..and they can die very quickly from this.. I'm not saying that's what he has but that does concern me..So I would go to the vet..

If he is not drinking, he needs to. These lil guys can get so dehydrated so quickly. Just get a Dropper or Use a very small teaspoon and give him the water that way. If he licks it up great, if not open his mouth and squeeze the syringe towards the back of the mouth along the teeth and he will be forced to swallow it. If you do not have a syringe/dropper then get the small Tsp and drop some in the back of his mouth on the side of the teeth and let him swallow it. Drinking is very important as he must stay hydrated. If you have nutrical just get some on your fingertip and rub it on the roof of his mouth he will have no choice but to swallow it. You could also place it on the back of the tongue and he will have to lick it up.

Squeeze it on your fingertip first, then get him and put it in his mouth. Without letting him see the tube. If he starts to vomit PLEASE GET HIM TO AN ER VET TONIGHT as it may be Parvo and that is a deadly disease esp. for small babies like these. Try maybe some boiled rice and chicken and see if he eats that.
