| Please help My son's toy broke in pieces and my 6 month old male yorkie got to a piece before I could. Im not 100% sure if he swallowed it or not but he isnt acting his hyper self AND he keeps throwing up clear fluid (ie like water) My closest vet is about 2 hours away and isnt available. He is conscious and just laying in his bed. Im not sure what to do meanwhile. |

| Feed him some bread to insulate his stomach from the sharp toy piece

Donating YT 30K Club Member | How big a piece do you think he got? If it has sharp edges I would try and get him to the vet. Hopefully giving him bread and maybe some canned food will help coat his insides. Keep us posted.

| If he's vomiting it is possible he could have an intestinal blockage, which can be fatal. I would take him to a vet asap even if it is two hours away! It's better safe than sorry. Hope he's going to be okay. Please let us know what happens.
