My son's toy broke in pieces and my 6 month old male yorkie got to a piece before I could. Im not 100% sure if he swallowed it or not but he isnt acting his hyper self AND he keeps throwing up clear fluid (ie like water)

My closest vet is about 2 hours away and isnt available. He is conscious and just laying in his bed. Im not sure what to do meanwhile.
