My Scottie Angus passed away in our arms. It was the hardest thing He was only 10. He was very peaceful when he took his last breath and Im glad it was with me.

This Monday my mum passed. I had asked her to show signs from above. Every single sign I've received has been one "Scot" related; so your Dove provided me a little comfort today. Thank you, Dove.

Thank you, you sent me the message I needed. Funny how that is. Im so very sorry about your mum. I lost mine when I was 28. No matter how old we are, we are never ready to lose those whom we love. I believe god helps to heal the voids with new friends both 2 legged and 4 legged. I hope you find comfort in knowing you are not alone and I know she is watching over you and your family. Shes a "SCOT" shes too stubborn not to!!
And see, your sweet mum hand a hand in you finding my Dove, and now you found a new 2 legged friend as well.

Awww Bless. He went in such a beautiful way, with his people beside him. I pray for that with Dovie, that he slips peacefully into the night sleeping right next to us as he has done forever. No pain, no fear, just sweet peace.

I'm so very sad ot hear about your Dove. We just lost our 12 yr old Great Pyrenees @ 3 weeks ago. It is never easy, but as least you still have some time with him and can love on him and such.

Kelli was with my ex-husband back in KS when she started going downhill fast. Within 6 hours she was ready to pass. He held the phone to her ear so I could say my goodbyes and I told her that I loved her and that she was such a sweet princess, but it was time for her to pass over the bridge and meet Shoshon (my DIL dog who passed last year from cancer, they were best buds) and be free to run and play with each other forever. I know she heard me and understood, as her eyes were moving and her ears were flopping. Before I spoke to her she had not moved at all, except just breathing. I told her it was okay and that I loved her so very much.

Cherish these last moments and just tell them how much you love them and that you understand when they will need to pass. My heart breaks for you and your family, you are in my prayers.
