I Love My Lil' Punkin's Donating Member | Update You guys....I am soooooo soooooo sorry that I am just now getting an update in! OMG, I feel terrible! Wouldn't you KNOW that last night my stupid internet decided to go down and I couldn't get back on to do an update! Then this morning I tried coming to YT to do an update and it kept telling me that the page could not be displayed...so I have no idea if it had something to do with my internet going down or what, but I couldn't get on Linda and Marj sent me a message on Facebook and told me that everyone was freaking out wondering what was going on, and I am just now able to get on to let everyone know what is going on. I haven't even read any of the other replies in this thread yet because I am just focused on getting this update in. But to put you all at ease.... Tatum is fine! I have absolutely NO idea what happened last night. I had the phone in my hand and was just about ready to call the vet to bring her in, and all of a sudden she stopped panting and was acting totally fine. Hubby and I were totally baffled by this....so we stopped and just watched her for a good while. She saw a piece of kibble on the floor and hauled butt over there and grabbed it and gobbled it down. Then she was running around acting like her crazy little self. She got a chew toy and started chewing on it and was even chasing after Stedman when he tried to come over and see what toy she had. I am still just so, so, so totally confused as to what was going on with her last night. Needless to say, hubby and I didn't go to sleep until about 3 a.m. cause we were up watching her, just to make sure everything was fine. We had her on the bed with us and she was asleep and we just laid there watching her for I don't know how long, just to make sure that she was still ok. And I found myself setting up every few seconds it seemed, to put my hand on her stomach to make sure she was breathing ok! UGH!! That was such a HUGE scare. Yesterday was my Birthday and I was having a wonderful day until all that started last night. It was seriously terrifying for us. I have never seen her like that and we still have no idea what caused it. But again, she is totally fine now. She ate all her food this morning (big shocker there....little miss piglet lol) and well....she is just fine. She is sleeping beside me right now in her little bed. She was drinking quite a bit of water last night which I guess caused her to pee quite a bit, but other than that she was ok, and no more panting. I just don't understand....it was the WEIRDEST thing. But so was her grinding her teeth the other night too. This girl just keeps us confused. Ugh! Anyway, that's the update for now. If anything changes I will most DEFINITELY let you guys know. If she would happen to start panting again tonight for some reason (keeping my fingers crossed that she doesn't! ) I am just going to call the vet right away and take her in, cause I just have no idea what it is. But as of right now, all is good in Tatum land I am going to go and read the replies since I haven't been able to yet, but thank you guys in advance, sooo much for all of your care and concern for her! You guys are always here when I need you and I LOVE you for that!! Tatum sends KISSES!

| Glad to hear all is well! Thanks so much for the update -- I have been checking back every little while and when I saw you had posted came running. So happy to hear Tatum is once again feeling fine and playing as usual. Does she have any check up coming in the near future? I think I would want to run this episode and the teeth grinding thing by your vet just in case. Can you email your vet? This would be a good situation to use that and you could add the video. It is funny how so many of the Yorkies on here become so familiar I feel like I know them. When I hear something is wrong it is almost like one of my own is sick or doing something worrisome. Very thankful that "all is good in Tatum land " as you so aptly put it!

| I am so glad Tatum is fine now! Hopefully it was just a fluke and will never happen again. This is when you really wish they could talk, right? |

It will be awhile before Tatum is SCHEDULED (notice I said scheduled...cause with her, you never know when a sudden trip to the vet is gonna be needed! ) to see the vet...but I won't forget to mention this to him when we do go, just to see what he has to say about. For all I know though, he might be just as baffled as we are Ugh...I just wish these babies could TALK! Wouldn't it make life with them sooo much easier Thanks again for all of your care and concern girl...you are such a sweetie! Tatum sends you lots of hugs and smothers you with kisses!

I Love My Lil' Punkin's Donating Member | LOL! Thanks girl, hahaha She seriously keeps us on our toes...OMG....I love her to pieces and more than I can even put into words (literally) but MAN, this girl.... I tell you!!! I have honestly, HONESTLY never owned a dog that has had as many issues as she does...I mean NEVER! I have dealt with more in her not quite 3 and 1/2 years of life than most of my dogs that I owned for 15+ years! I thought my hubby was gonna have a nervous breakdown last night...LOL. He was sitting on the couch with his head down and both hands on his forehead like omg....I cannot believe tonight it is something ELSE totally out of the blue with her. UGH! It is just so exhausting sometimes!!
