| Ok I found the info. what you are going to read is the follow up on this lil yorkie name Mikie I do have permission from the owner to share her story but I did promised her to protect her privacy. "Remember 6 weeks ago I took my Mikie to the vets because he had blood in his urine. They did x-rays and found 5 stones in his bladder. The vet put him on antibiotics and pain meds for 2 weeks. We changed his food to Royal Canin Urnary SO. We really didn't want to do the surgery, becaue we lost Sweet Pea last August, and Mindy in Feburary. We desided to try him on this new food for 30 days, along with the antibiotics and pain meds, then have x-rays done again, to see where we stand. Well, today we went back for re-check and x-rays------ -NO MORE STONES! The Royal Canin diet has disolved the stones! He is off the meds, but will stay on the diet for a while yet. Just thought I'd let you all know how he was doing. Thank GOD he doesn't have to have the surgery"
