Well I've tried i think everything they make. Or it feels like it. I just put Advantix on Tyke yesterday. Today I've picked 4 fleas off of him. I think one was dead or i hope so. None of the natural things are working on him. I've treated the yard twice in 2 weeks. The fleas are awful this year and i don't know what else to do besides the chemicals.

Actually the cancer is being caused by over vaccinating., I don't think dog food has anything to do with cancer.

Have you tried sentinetl? I always liked the once a month pill(it's for fleas and heartworms, not ticks though). I don't use it anymore, as it was too costly with 6 dogs.
I have the 2 outside dogs on advantage multi now(think that's what it's called) and it's for fleas, ticks, heartworms, ear mites, etc etc). I haven't seen any fleas or ticks on either one of them, and they're strictly outside

Thanks for all the quick replies, just wanted to let everyone know Daisie is doing much better now.But I know not to give the full dose again to her but I also think next time she will get something different.

I know with my littlest one and the one that is about 6 lbs. I split a tube of the k-9 advantix. It's up to 10 lbs, but, I'm not going to take a chance. I put some bio groom on the oldest biewer(6 lbs) last summer and thought I was going to lose him. He started going balistic, jumping over the gate, jumping in my clean towels trying to rub it off, and then got lethargic. I hurried and threw him in a sink and washed it off. A few min. later he was back to normal

Which Bio Groom product did you use? I currently use a couple on Sophie with no problems, but I've just ordered two new ones. One for chewing (like a bitter apple) and one for tangles.
