| They got a crate for him and he spends his time in there only out to do potty and back in. They called the ER Vet to get the referral, which they got for: Veterinary Neurological Center > Home Mom is calling today for an appt. The ER Vet said that a Certified Tech reviewed the xrays and said there are NO abnormalities in his spine - I know that is not the final answer to this all, but at least that is a little positive I'll keep ya posted |

| I have a chiuaua and this just happened to her. On Valentines day Feb 14, 2009 we noticed she was limping and favoring one leg that was about 10 am by 8 pm that night she had no use of her back legs at all.... That was on a Saturday so Sunday vet was closed so Monday we took her in and we were told she had Disc Disease. I was told she had absolutely no feeling in her right leg. They had taken a tool and pushed it through her foot and she did not move resulting in NERVE DAMAGE! To make a long story short.. We prayed and I researched and researched and paniced and cried . She was in the vet for 3 days. We were so fearful of losing her we thought she would loose her bowels but she never did... Anyways I brought her home. Though the vet told us DISC DISEASE.. I strongly think she had a defficiency in her diet. AFTER HER DIAGNOSIS we have since changed her diet and DANCER is up and running and walking as if nothing was ever wrong.... I am not sure of your entire case but we noticed a HUGE CHANGE when we fed a healthier diet. WE NOTICED IT THE SAME DAY!!!! We had changed Dancers food to EXCLUSIVE cause someone SOLD US ON IT which I should have never done because when we looked the food up there was a recall .. I called the company and they told me the food was fine so we continued to feed it resulting in DANCER having a poor diet cause I trusted this lady.... ANYWAYS let me know if I can help you anymore Vicki
