Yorkie Attacked by German Shepherd

The owner of the dog that attacked would have to go through alot to keep the dog if such an attack were reported in our state.

I feel like more and more yorkies are getting attacked! First, I am so very sorry that your dog got attacked and is not traumatized by it. I hope he has a FULL recovery both mental and physical! Second, I am mad that she lets her dog to that to the small ones and they do not have it under control. I agree, that you should def. tell them you are scared and that maybe since you have big dogs give them some advice as to what precautions and what not you have taken as a dog owner!

Thanks so much for the support! I am not a confrontational person and didnt know how to handle this....BUT my dogs are my world and I am willing to do anything to make sure they stay safe.

OMG this just brakes my heart, this is one of so many every small dog owners nightmare!

I'm so sorry this happen to lil Bear I hope he make a full recovery soon, poor baby please know I'll be praying for him.

She grabbed him and bit down on him, shook him, threw him and finally we pulled her off of him. I like the neighbors they are great, but what should I do as far as keeping the distance from these people? I dont want to be rude, but I am honestly scared. We were literally in my garage when this happened. I do know Ill never take him out front again. Any suggestions please?

I would make sure your neighbor pays for his vet bills. Her having an attack dog she needs to make sure it can never get out of her yard. and I feel so sorry for her other smaller dogs.

i hope your dog is going 2 b ok they should have a sign up. i own a germanshepard not all gsds are like that i just hope your little dog dont get frighted when he sees a big dog next time u r out.Ive also got a chihuahua &a cat

how is your dog doing? Is he improving? and been seen by a vet? I am so worreid about about any serious injuries.
