| I have been going through almost the same thing since mid October. Mia started walking in small circles and her back legs going out from her. Our vet treated her for a mild concussion with steroids in the beginning and said there was no broken bones. On Nov 1st I took her to a second vet in another city and they x-rayed her and found that she had a fractured pelvis. They treated her with rimadyl for the pain and said it would take at least 6 weeks for the fracture to heal, there is nothing they can do for a fractured pelvis it has to heel on its own. She is still not 100% back the same as she was before the incident. We still do not know how she was hurt to begin with or we are unaware of a specific accident that would cause this. She has lost 11 oz. since this has started and weighs 3.5 pounds. I do not know if she will ever be back like she was before. It makes you realize how very fragile these tiny babies are. My only wish for Christmas was to have her back like before, so I know what you are going through. Hugs and prayers your way. I hope that both of our babies will be well again.

| How do you know your puppy is not hurt at other places other than the head? Maybe at the back? legs? They are frail.... the previous post shows it... think outside "the box" and bring to another vet and ask for an Xray, it is so inexpensive and so worthy...
