poor thing, thank goodness people like you exist that will care for these neglected animals. check my post on dermatitis in this section to see if it could be something along the same lines. is the dog scratching? it very well could be a skin disorder, not necessarily due to allergies.

So for yeast problems both internal and external you give them probiotics? I also read somewhere that those black splotches are like bacteria that gets under skin is this same thing? I have a furbaby that has black splotches and since I got her from breeder she is kind of stinky and gets oily real fast???
